From an early age, Ridwan Pedro understood the value of charting his own course, a lesson he embraced after moving from Nigeria to South Africa. In Grade 9, he made a bold decision that set him on his path to success—he diverted festive money meant for his siblings and bought his first camera. That spark ignited a passion for content creation, leading him to organize major school events, including a headline performance by DJ Zinhle, which earned him a prestigious role as events lead in the school prefect body.

While pursuing a business management degree at Damelin, Ridwan’s skills and ambitions truly began to flourish. His big break came when he landed the role of social media content creator for celebrity chef Chef Nti, spending three years refining his expertise in videography, graphic design, and social media management. This hands-on experience laid the foundation for his next move: entrepreneurship.

In 2018, Ridwan launched RageInc Productions, a dynamic creative powerhouse known for its high-end production quality and sharp storytelling. RageInc’s portfolio now boasts an impressive list of luxury clients, including Gucci, Trevor Stuurman, and GQ South Africa, firmly establishing the company as a go-to producer for top-tier brands.

Looking ahead, Ridwan envisions global expansion for RageInc, with a goal to franchise the company while maintaining its reputation for exceptional storytelling and technical prowess. Simultaneously, he’s committed to shaping the future of content creation through the launch of RageInc Academy, a platform designed to mentor and nurture the next wave of creative talent.
